Change of Address

For your safety and the security of your retirement benefit, the Retirement Systems requires that you submit to our office a signed, written request on paper for any change to your address. Even if you have your retirement check deposited directly into your bank account, the Retirement Systems mails check stubs to you in January and July of each year, and any other time the amount of your benefit check changes. We also mail your annual Form 1099-R for income tax purposes to the address on file, so it is important to make sure your address is current.
